Refund policy

At Wedjat, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• All tags, accessories, and included materials must be returned with the product
• A copy of your order confirmation or invoice must be included with the return

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Important Notes
Please review the following return conditions carefully:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Returns sent to unauthorized addresses or intermediary shipping facilities will not be accepted
• Products that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and quality standards

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address along with detailed instructions for completing the return.

Please do not send any items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified within 1 hour of placement. This includes changes to:

• Shipping address
• Product selection or quantity
• Frame style or lens option

To request a change or cancellation, please email hello@wedjat.co as soon as possible.
Due to our fast order processing system, requests submitted after the 1-hour window cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at:

When submitting your request, please include photos of the item and packaging so our team can assist you as quickly as possible.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Eyewear that shows signs of wear or use
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Final sale items

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your eyewear for a different style or option, please return the original item following the return process above and place a new order for the replacement product.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the product for any reason.

Returned items must remain unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
