At Wedjat, we are committed to delivering a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with the goal of getting your eyewear to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Before placing your order, we encourage you to review the information below regarding our shipping process.

Please note: During major holidays and peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays of 1–3 additional business days.

Order Processing

You can estimate your order's arrival using the processing and delivery time details provided:

  • Free shipping: 1 day
  • Skip The Line - Insured Shipping: 2 hours

Estimated Delivery

  • United States + Canada: 5–9 business days after shipment
  • United Kingdom, Australia & other international destinations: 8–14 business days after shipment
  • Made-to-order & personalized items: Up to 15–20 business days, depending on production and shipping destination

Please note: Delivery estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, and carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your order anytime through the Track Your Order page on the Wedjat website.

Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update after the shipment has been dispatched.

Shipping Responsibility

Wedjat is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Packages that are refused or left unclaimed by the recipient
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported lost afterward

In these situations, customers should contact the local courier directly or file a claim with the shipping provider. Wedjat will gladly assist by providing shipping documentation when needed.

Estimated delivery timelines are clearly communicated at checkout. As such, we cannot accept disputes, chargebacks, or complaints related to delivery times within the stated shipping window or delays outside of our control.
